Gooseneck

The Gooseneck is a tight right hander after the climb out of Ramsey and starts the climb up the mountain section of the TT course. The corner offers a good view of bikes approaching from Tower Bends and braking for the corner before accelerating up the hill. Gooseneck is a very popular location for spectators.

GETTING TO THE GOOSENECK

Travelling in course direction, proceed through Ramsey to the 25th Milestone at Tower Bands, then look for the Gooseneck which is a tight right hand corner leading to the open mountain. Parking can be found in the in the field behind the Gooseneck, and food and refreshments are often available. The Gooseneck can also be accessed when roads are closed through the Hibernia Road with is accessed from the Laxey A2 to Ramsey coast road.
